Boys from a group home come in to use the public computers. Teens. They crowd around a bicker and laugh sometimes and carry on. They have a chaperon. I went to him after and quietly asked that he have them form a line and quiet down while I assign computers. He agreed.
They came in this week scrambling around. "Ok, form a line," I barked, " I don't care how you do it. Decide amongst themselves. One boy asserted his dominance, and butt in the very front grinning at me. One boy was last. I took their names and assigned the computers orderly. The chaperon wasn't near.
I am interested in just about everything: physics, faith, poetry, mathematics, movies, books, eating, card games, board games, strategy games, friendship, mountains, trees, rivers and England.
