Today was my day to sing in the Messiah, and as far as I'm concerned, that is my Christmas - and more - it is a taste of Heaven on earth.

Heidi: I was really looking forward to attending the Messiah performance on Sunday but I came down with a bad cold and did not want spend the time coughing and sneezing. I talked to Nancy Vander Veen and she told me that she enjoyed singing next to you. I hope I will be able to make it next year. Dad
I'm sorry you had to miss it and sorry you are not feeling well. I hope you'll be better soon. Please let Nancy know I enjoyed singing next to her too. We both felt a little conspicuous being front and center!
